Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs and Natural Language Processing solutions.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence.
