Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning engineering efforts with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant deep learning systems that can handle petabyte-scale data.
- Lead a team of talented engineers and data scientists, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI implementation.
