Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure aligned with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead Model Development: Oversee the research and deployment of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural architectures.
- Technical Strategy: Conduct feasibility studies on emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Neuro-symbolic AI) to guide product direction.
- Optimization & Performance: Ensure AI models meet strict latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency standards for real-time applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Talent Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on AI innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
