Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the design of complex, distributed machine learning systems ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, scalable cloud-native AI architectures.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide technical decisions to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years of experience in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
