Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap for AI integration across all product lines.
- Lead the R&D initiatives for emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum Readiness.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical architecture.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI APIs to enhance platform capabilities.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in all future system designs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of the AI landscape as it pertains to the 2026 timeframe, including LLMs and predictive analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
