Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for high-scale production environments.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI capabilities leading up to 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Engineering to drive innovation.
- Optimize model latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in cloud-native environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI engineering.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and LLMs.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Experience designing systems using Kubernetes and AWS/GCP.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
