Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, integrating cutting-edge Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Design and oversee the implementation of distributed machine learning systems capable of handling high-velocity data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product managers, data scientists, and security experts—to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI model governance, ensuring compliance with evolving industry standards and ethical guidelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Perform technical due diligence on emerging technologies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws, security protocols, and ethical AI principles.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
