Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures that align with the strategic roadmap for 2026.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of large language models and computer vision systems to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Language: Strong command of English with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Proofing: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and adapting technical stacks accordingly.
