In this role, you will not just implement existing solutions; you will define the architecture for the next generation of machine learning systems. You will work closely with our R&D team to prototype technologies that will define the 2026 tech ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for long-term AI initiatives, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Design Core Systems: Architect robust, high-performance machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for complex real-world problems.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in all models.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Prototype Innovation: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects involving cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum Computing integration and Generative AI.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize existing systems for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
- Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Quantum Awareness: Familiarity with quantum algorithms and their potential application in classical AI architectures (a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex architectural issues and make data-driven decisions.
