Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for the 2026 Initiative.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with real-time decision-making systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest technical standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and compliance with global AI regulations.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++ and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
