Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technical vision for our AI capabilities leading up to 2026, ensuring alignment with global market trends and technological readiness.
- Advanced Model Development: Design and deploy next-generation deep learning models capable of handling real-time, multi-modal data streams with zero latency.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems that integrate legacy infrastructure with cutting-edge edge computing solutions.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of machine learning engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.
- R&D Collaboration: Collaborate with quantum physics researchers to explore hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for solving complex optimization problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in designing complex machine learning systems, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience with Neural Architecture Search (NAS) and familiarity with pre-quantum computing paradigms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
