Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of next-generation neural architectures for the year 2026. At Nexus Horizon Labs, we are not just predicting the future; we are engineering it. You will be at the forefront of integrating quantum computing principles with deep learning to create sentient-aware AI systems.
This is a rare opportunity to define the ethical and technical frameworks for the next decade of artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Ecosystems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures capable of processing real-time data streams from quantum interfaces.
- AGI Roadmap: Lead the strategic roadmap for achieving Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) by 2026, identifying key milestones and technical hurdles.
- System Optimization: Optimize inference engines and training workflows to reduce latency in edge computing environments by over 40%.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Research Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quantum physicists, bio-engineers, and data scientists to pioneer hybrid computational models.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and researchers in advanced machine learning techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning or Theoretical AI.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in designing large-scale AI systems, with a strong portfolio of published research or production-grade implementations.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- System Design: Proven track record of architecting high-availability distributed systems.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and adapt architectures to emerging paradigms (e.g., Neuromorphic computing).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders.
