In this role, you won't just maintain legacy systems; you will build the foundation for Next-Gen Neural Networks, optimizing for speed, intelligence, and scalability in a decentralized world.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement high-performance distributed AI architectures capable of supporting real-time autonomous decision-making.
- Optimize Neural Compute: Lead the optimization of inference and training pipelines using cutting-edge techniques in model compression and hardware acceleration.
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical trajectory and strategic goals for our AI products through 2026 and beyond.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement rigorous safety protocols and bias mitigation strategies to ensure AI systems align with global ethical standards.
- Cloud & Edge Integration: Architect seamless integrations between cloud-native environments and edge computing nodes for global deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative AI architectures.
- System Design: Strong background in system design patterns, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
