Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures.
- Lead the technical strategy for AI research and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimize models for performance, latency, and accuracy in production environments.
- Stay current with the latest research in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and deployment strategies.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact projects.
