Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure using Python and cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the development of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for data governance and model deployment.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and integrate breakthrough technologies into our product stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and RAG pipelines.
