As a Senior AGI Research Engineer, you will be at the helm of developing reasoning models that can understand, learn, and apply knowledge across diverse domains.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Lead the research and implementation of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and reasoning engines designed for 2026 standards.
- Safety & Alignment: Develop rigorous safety protocols and value alignment frameworks to ensure AI systems operate ethically and transparently.
- Optimization: Architect high-performance distributed systems to train and serve massive models efficiently at scale.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in cognitive science, product engineering, and policy to integrate AGI capabilities into real-world applications.
- Publishing: Contribute to top-tier academic conferences and technical journals to advance the broader field of Artificial Intelligence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in research, applied ML, or software engineering within top-tier tech companies or research labs.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong proficiency in Rust or C++ for high-performance computing.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning, or Cognitive Science.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle undefined, complex problems with novel, innovative solutions.
