Job Description
We are Nexus Horizon, a cutting-edge AI research lab pioneering the next generation of autonomous systems. We are looking for a visionary Senior Agentic AI Engineer to lead the development of our proprietary multi-agent frameworks. If you are obsessed with building intelligent agents that can reason, plan, and execute complex tasks, this is your opportunity to shape the future of AI in 2026 and beyond.
As a key member of our Core AI team, you will architect scalable systems that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to create self-improving agents. You will work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with top-tier talent, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in artificial intelligence.
Why Join Us?
- Impact: Build systems that will redefine human-computer interaction.
- Equity: Competitive stake in the company's success.
- Flexibility: Fully remote or hybrid options available.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Agentic AI workflows using LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration tools.
- Design sophisticated prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning pipelines to enhance model performance.
- Optimize inference latency and cost-efficiency for production-grade AI deployments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and evaluation of agent behaviors to ensure reliability and safety.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI paradigms relevant to the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Machine Learning with a focus on NLP.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of LLM architecture, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agent orchestration (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
- Experience deploying ML models to production environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on algorithmic efficiency and scalability.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
