Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy multi-agent orchestration frameworks capable of autonomous task execution and workflow management.
- Develop self-healing code systems that utilize AI agents to debug, refactor, and optimize codebases in real-time.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge LLMs (Large Language Models) into agentic workflows.
- Define architectural patterns for long-term memory and context retention in autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust AI agent logic.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, security, and ethical guidelines in autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures (Transformers), prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Proven experience building or deploying autonomous agents, autonomous agents, or self-driving systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in distributed systems.
- Strong grasp of system design principles, API development, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
