Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, robust machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures capable of processing multi-modal data streams in real-time.
- Lead Research & Development: Drive the R&D roadmap for proprietary 2026-era algorithms, focusing on generative AI, reinforcement learning, and edge computing optimization.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse team of AI engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Strategic Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate complex AI models into production environments, ensuring high performance and minimal latency.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, debug, and optimize model accuracy, throughput, and resource efficiency to meet enterprise-grade SLAs.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce best practices for responsible AI, ensuring transparency, fairness, and bias mitigation in all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture Skills: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and microservices capable of handling high concurrency and massive data volumes.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage cross-functional projects, and influence strategic technical decisions.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for tackling complex, open-ended engineering challenges.
