Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on Agentic AI, autonomous decision-making systems, and neuromorphic computing.
- Research & Development: Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers in developing next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent frameworks.
- Product Vision: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling product narratives for stakeholders and investors.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of AI agents into consumer and enterprise solutions.
- Industry Innovation: Stay ahead of global tech trends to position Apex Innovation Labs as a market leader in futuristic computing paradigms.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and AI agent architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences and board members.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging technologies and successfully integrating them into business strategies.
