Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Frameworks: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures tailored for AGI applications, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Research Integration: Lead the integration of cutting-edge research papers into production-ready code, specifically targeting advancements expected by 2026.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large-scale language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures to reduce inference costs and improve latency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate complex technical requirements into robust system designs.
- Future-Proofing: Develop roadmaps for AI infrastructure upgrades, ensuring the platform remains resilient against the rapid evolution of AI technologies.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce best practices for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Algorithm Mastery: Strong understanding of deep learning algorithms, including Transformers, GANs, and reinforcement learning.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
