Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility maintenance
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with exceptional professionalism
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and financial document preparation
- Coordinate onboarding processes and maintain HR records compliance
- Support special projects including event planning and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably in tech or corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with calendar management across multiple executives
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic settings
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification required
