Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility maintenance
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders and manage communication channels
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Coordinate special projects and events requiring cross-departmental collaboration
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict adherence to data security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in tech or corporate environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and G-Suite
