Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facilities coordination
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with polished communication skills
- Implement process improvements for administrative workflows and document management systems
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and track deliverables using project management tools
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven experience with calendar management and complex travel arrangements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems and office management software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
