Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, vendor relations, and budget tracking
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with polished communication
- Coordinate special projects and events requiring cross-departmental collaboration
- Maintain digital filing systems with meticulous attention to data security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years administrative support experience in corporate/financial services
