Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with precision
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with professionalism
- Streamline administrative processes using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement procedures
- Support onboarding processes and maintain accurate HR records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Experience with scheduling tools (Calendly, Doodle) and travel booking systems
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification required
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and expense reporting protocols
