- Optimize 3D assets for performance and scalability in various environments.
- Conduct research on industry trends to maintain a cutting-edge visual portfolio.
- Review final renders and provide constructive feedback to junior artists.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in 3D art and modeling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max).
- Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and rendering pipelines.
- A professional portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and technical proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
