In this role, you will bridge the gap between concept and execution, turning abstract ideas into polished, pixel-perfect assets that drive engagement and user retention.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-quality 2D illustrations, icons, and vector art for web, mobile, and print.
- Design and animate motion graphics for UI/UX elements and marketing campaigns using After Effects.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity.
- Optimize digital assets for performance without compromising on visual fidelity.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends in 2D art, illustration styles, and animation techniques.
- Produce rapid prototypes and iterations based on stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a 2D Artist, Graphic Designer, or Illustrator.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating both static illustrations and motion graphics.
- Deep understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
