Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-end 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for web, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and developers to ensure visual concepts are executed flawlessly.
- Create storyboards, animatics, and style frames to visualize project concepts before production begins.
- Optimize motion graphics for various platforms and screen sizes, ensuring high performance and load times.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all creative deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and emerging animation techniques to continuously improve creative output.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Motion Designer or 2D Animator.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D (or similar 3D tools).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition in motion.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of 2D animation styles and motion graphics work.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts to internal teams and clients.
