Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital governance
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate next-gen startups
- Author white papers on future tech paradigms for industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or foresight roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Theory, or related field preferred
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety, and neurotech convergence
- Proven track record of influencing global tech policy (e.g., WEF, OECD)
- Experience leading $50M+ R&D initiatives
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Public speaking at Davos, TED, or equivalent forums
