As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D leads, and academic partners to identify paradigm shifts in technology, sustainability, and human behavior. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment priorities, and organizational resilience in an accelerating future.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging trends with 2026+ relevance
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for disruptive innovations
- Design and execute trend impact assessments across business units and technology verticals
- Present future-focused insights to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and internal strategy documents
- Mentor junior futurists and facilitate innovation workshops across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational transformation initiatives
- Strong publication record in futurism, technology, or strategy publications
