Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures optimized for high-volume, low-latency environments.
- Pioneer AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of next-gen AI models (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Agents) into core product ecosystems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in real-world applications.
- Future Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with product stakeholders to define the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, identifying emerging technologies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent deep learning frameworks. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP) is highly preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: A deep interest in emerging technologies and a track record of implementing cutting-edge solutions.
