Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will translate complex requirements into robust architectural blueprints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our 2026 roadmap is not just a vision, but a reality.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable system architectures for the 2026 platform.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to define the roadmap for next-generation technology.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability across all environments.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies to propose innovative improvements to the stack.
- Define and enforce security protocols and data governance standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
