Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the core infrastructure for the 2026 AI integration framework.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Establish best practices for cloud-native development, containerization, and microservices.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure architectural integrity across all projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in system architecture and proactively propose scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems projects.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of microservices, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AI/ML model deployment and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
