Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI models and predictive algorithms.
- Drive research and development (R&D) initiatives focused on emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Mentor and elevate the engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable software solutions.
- Oversee system security and scalability, ensuring infrastructure can handle exponential growth.
- Define technical roadmaps and establish best practices for future-proofing our codebase.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and neural network architectures.
- Demonstrated experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or blockchain integration is a major plus.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
