Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, screening calls, and routing inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and database systems
- Greet visitors, coordinate schedules, and manage meeting room reservations
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain digital filing systems and document management protocols
- Assist with office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support administrative tasks including report generation and document formatting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proven data entry accuracy (10,000+ keystrokes per hour)
