Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
- Perform accurate data entry for client information and daily transactions
- Coordinate office calendars and schedule appointments efficiently
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven data entry skills with high accuracy (10,000+ keystrokes/hr)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- New York City residency preferred
