- Greet visitors professionally and provide administrative support
- Process digital forms and maintain confidential filing systems
- Support office operations with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficient in data entry with 10-key typing certification preferred
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
