- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Manage correspondence, emails, and office communications

- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Qualifications
- 1+ years of administrative or data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong typing skills (60+ WPM) with 95%+ accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
