Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route 50+ daily calls
- Accurately enter client information, meeting schedules, and correspondence into Salesforce CRM
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with meticulous tracking
- Coordinate executive calendars and arrange complex travel itineraries
- Prepare confidential documents with attention to data privacy standards
- Assist with onboarding new hires including badge creation and system access
- Maintain digital filing systems with zero data entry errors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist experience in corporate or professional services
- Expert-level data entry skills with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute and 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
- Exceptional verbal/written communication with polished NYC business etiquette
- Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience managing executive calendars in high-volume environments
