Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate mail distribution and manage office supplies inventory
- Maintain digital calendars and coordinate meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing packages and manage courier services
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document filing

Qualifications
