Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and employees in a timely manner.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls professionally; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, handle package deliveries, and maintain the reception area.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and meetings for team members, ensuring the calendar is up-to-date and conflict-free.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and update databases with visitor logs or other administrative information.
- Customer Service: Assist visitors with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Supply Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure the front desk is always well-stocked.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Computer Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
