Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate department or person.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
- Manage the front desk area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception space.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional administrative certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Administrator in a professional setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
