- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar with precision.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence with speed and accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to management as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Administrator (1+ years preferred).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
