Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with care and efficiency.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and updating databases.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative documents as needed.
- Support office operations by performing various clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or in a similar administrative role preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
