Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate mail distribution, package deliveries, and office supply inventory
- Schedule meetings and maintain executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and manage document filing systems
- Assist with new employee onboarding and administrative tasks
- Maintain professional appearance of reception area and common spaces
- Support HR department with preliminary screening of applicants
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
