Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call handling, visitor screening, and mail distribution
- Schedule and coordinate executive appointments using advanced calendar management software
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for confidential documents
- Coordinate office logistics including meeting room bookings, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding processes by preparing new hire materials and orientation packets
- Collaborate with administrative team to ensure seamless office operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (Outlook, Calendly)
