Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, appointment scheduling, and patient check-in/out
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information using EMR systems
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and appointment efficiency
- Process insurance verifications and collect co-payments accurately
- Assist with office administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and correspondence
- Manage office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance requests
- Represent company values with exceptional customer service and professional demeanor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems (Epic/Electronic Medical Records a plus)
