Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Assist with event coordination and conference setup
- Maintain pristine reception area standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/reception experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
