Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts with professionalism and efficiency
- Answer multi-line phone calls and route inquiries appropriately
- Monitor security systems and manage access control for guests
- Coordinate with overnight staff for seamless service transitions
- Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions and incidents
- Ensure lobby and common areas are immaculate throughout shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak seasons
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Spanish fluency highly preferred
